Its dominant aroma is mineral, followed by intense notes of smoke, wood, clay, and cooked agave, with a subtle fruity hint of apple and herbal and spiced undertones such as black pepper, cinnamon, and clove. The finish leaves an intense bitter aftertaste and notable astringency on the palate.
General Opinion:
The mezcal has a dense texture and an intense herbal aroma with hints of acidity and ethanol. It is visually bright and clear. On the palate, it offers rich acidity, noticeable astringency, and perceptible bitterness. Herbal and citrus flavors stand out, with a mentholated finish.
